I will NEVER use this Notary again! I needed a Living Trust notarized. I had been scheduled for a Monday evening appt. (5 days notice) David called me that he could come the following evening since he would be in my town, I told him that I would have all signers (5) reset their scheduled to accommodate him. I was to also told to have a witness there. David arrived early, he also brought a young lady with him. After all notarizing was completed, David advised me that there was an additional $25 charge for the young lady! He said she was the 'witness'; I told him I had witnesses present as he had requsted by phone earlier. I grudgingly paid the $25 but felt all along that I had been unfairly/unprofessionally treated. I plan to report this incident to the Living Trust statewide organization who referred 24 Notary...I am very upset!! read more

My husband has been dealing with a court case (custody) in Florida for over 3 years, his judge approved a court order for him to appear telephonically with the presence of a notary to swear in my husband.
