I've used them in the past, but it's been a while. I had to take care of something involving my passport and was able to make an appointment online. When I showed up, there was a short line outside. Margarita open the door and graciously welcome to everybody in. As she worked with the first customer, the line got longer, now it was seven people deep. I noticed that Margarita was super efficient, but what really stood out was her positive attitude and energy. She even answered a couple phone calls while things were printing or scanning and did so with the same grace that she exhibited to the customers who were there in person. I've been renting a mailbox here for a while, and usually I pick up my packages without any major issues. But today was the first time I ran into a frustrating situation. I received two Amazon delivery notifications showing both packages were delivered to Postal Annex. When I went to pick them up, the staff only handed me one package. I showed them the notifications, and they searched the mail cabinet area but said they couldn't find the second one. I was basically told they "just didn't have it" and to handle the issue on my own. That part annoyed me a bit, because the package was delivered -- it just hadn't been located yet. As I was about to leave, the (possibly) owner, maybe Thomas, suddenly said "wait" and found my missing package right in front of the counter, saying it had been misplaced. He handed it to me with no apology or acknowledgment of the mix-up. This is the first time something like this has happened, but it did irritate me because it felt a bit unorganized and dismissive at first. I really don't like leaving negative reviews, especially for a business I've been using without issues until now. I just hope this kind of mix-up doesn't happen again in the future. read more

The staff here are always helpful and friendly! I have come to them with printing needs, notary needs, shipping needs, and packing needs, and they handle each request with professionalism and efficiency. I had an appointment for livescan through my employer and chose this location to get it done because of it's convenience (next to Target). I arrived five minutes ahead of my appointment and both staff members were assisting other customers. A line began to form behind me and once my turn was up (about 5 minutes of waiting), I showed my QR code and they finished the fingerprints in less than 5 minutes. The store looked a bit messy but I couldn't help but notice they sold dog treats, dog toys and kids toys like Melissa & Doug items. Came here on a Sat afternoon after i passed a licensing exam. Was referred to by the proctor of the exam place since they were not offering the fingerprinting service there. This place is located to the right of target in a big plaza and there were 3 people ahead of me being helped and everyone seemed to know and enjoy the service from the owners were looked to be husband and wife. The wait wasn't too long and the woman promptly took my fingerprint live scan application and quickly set it up. She helped me to get the fingerprints in correctly and it was pretty quick and easy. It was $74 for the fingerprint live scan. Afterwards, there was a line out the door! They offer all kinds of services like package mailing, printing, fingerprinting, etc. It was a bit messy and cluttered which made it feel a bit claustrophobic but nonetheless the service was good so would recommend! read more

I needed to get my fingerprinting done and was referred to this location. Its in the shopping plaza with a bunch of other stores like Carter's, Modo Hawaii and right next to Target. They are limiting customers inside to 4 and have a protective screen set up between the customers and the employees. While I was there, 3 other customers were ahead of me and each one was being tended to by the other 3 employees working. Margarita is the woman who helped me with the fingerprinting and she is probably the reason I was referred to this location- she is absolutely wonderful and so patient! For some reason, my fingerprints would not be recognized on the scanner no many how many times I pressed down or rolled my fingers back and forth, but she was persistent and had me try multiple ways. In the end, we were finally able to get the prints needed and I'm so grateful for the time she spent trying to get it right! The space itself is very neat and organized. The other employees are also efficient and friendly, definitely come here if you have shipping or fingerprinting needs! read more

In all honesty, these kind of stores are dime a dozen. However this PostalAnnex+ store is weirdly different ... and in a good way too. I was looking to take some passport photos to renew my passport. Normally that would be an easy thing provided by store and it is. First thing you see is when you enter the store is a mess of boxes and people. I was surprised that they were on a first name with a few of the customers. After taking the photos, they even offered to help me fill out the form, cut a money order, and mail the application to the State Department. I was surprised at the offer and took them up on it. After a few minutes of work, it was all done and the application was in the mail. All this and helping other with mailing packages and renting out mail boxes.
