Out of desperation, I called Midnight Mechanics. Ken came out the next morning to look at it. He identified that I had hit a curb, needed to replace 2 tires. He then worked on it for 4 days with very little progress. All the while we were stuck in the Love's parking lot. I was worried that the work he was doing was wrong. He was going to reconnect the springs to a bent hanger, arguing with me that the hanger was supposed to be bent over into a Z shape. That didn't sound right to me, so I did what he should have done and called Lippert, the trailer manufacturer. They sent me a parts diagram showing the straight hangers (definitely not Z shaped). So I fired Ken. Had I driven it with bent hangers it would have caused more problems down the road, and could have even caused an accident! I then called Nelson's Truck and Trailer Roadside Repair. They came out right away and knew what they were doing. They identified what parts would be needed from Lippert, which I ordered with overnight delivery. They had it fixed correctly within hours of receiving the parts a couple days later. I don't like writing negative reviews like this, but the work he was doing could have caused somebody to get hurt. Save yourself time and trouble and just call Nelson's instead.

So took the truck to Ferris Truck Repair we were told that…read morethey are a 24-hour repair service location. However, that's not the case and we were billed for work that was. shotty. We took the truck paid the $ 4600 dollar bill and left. not even a month later truck broke down for the same exact thing. we broke down in San Antonio Tx. the Rude lady in the office who the owner has doing his dirty work answered and said that we should have the truck towed back to Ferris Tx and that they would look at it so basically i would have to pay a 4k tow bill to have them look at it. so, my truck is currently at another shop in San Antonio Tx and have a written statement from a couple different mechanics and once truck gets repaired, we will be getting our attorney on this and take legal action against the shop i do not recommend. this shop if you want professional shop take it elsewhere. I am sure they will try to reply with a bunch of BS but i guess that's what happens when you're like a used car salesmen.

Turns out when someone says they know a guy, they really don't.​ there were 4 self tappers in my bumper, one nut holding my tail light in, and they cut my tail light harness and used masking tape to cover it. My bumper is now stuck on the car and my trunk has water in it. ​ Let's not forget they used bondo to reattach the right side of the oem spoiler.
