We called Mobile Repair Specialists and arranged an appointment with Adam to complete a pre-purchase inspection on the motorhome. Adam completed the inspection. It was very thorough and detailed. Adam called us immediately after the inspection and talked us through the important findings. Less than an hour later we had a written report via acrobat. The findings helped me to have important details repaired before delivery at the dealer's cost. The Saturday after we took delivery, we could not produce hot water. I found Mobile Repair Specialists randomly on Google when looking for a RV inspector who also was a certified mechanic. I talked to Adam and asked him to check out a few specific items on a RV I was thinking about purchasing as I didn't need a full inspection. He could have charged me for a full inspection, but he charged me for an hour of his time since he was already going to be at the dealership anyway doing other inspections. How many inspectors would do that for someone? Further, he spent a lot of time with me on the phone both before and after the inspection explaining to me the pros and cons of the RV I was looking at, and also explained the rig's engine and transmission since this was going to be my first diesel pusher RV. I don't think you could find a more honest inspector in the entire State of Texas. He's incredibly knowledgeable, a straight shooter, and very generous with his time and experience. My A/C went out in my 5th wheel while camping at Jelly stone park in Burleson and the temperature outside was sweltering. I called Adam and he had his crew out the next morning just like he said he would. They diagnosed the problem, I had a dead unit. They went to their warehouse got a new unit and I had cool air. All this was done in less than 3 hours. The two young men who installed the new A/C were polite, knowledgeable and informing. Adam helped me with the information to give GS extended warranty. Had alot of issues with our new 5th wheel. After trying to get in to a dealership to get it fixed was a nightmare. Mobile Repair Specialists came out and assessed the issues, they called the manufacturer and got everything worked out for us. They had our repairs done within 2 days.
