In order to be placed into one of their schools you do have to have a lot of experience working with children and carry out their own CRB check which costs £36. From then they will call you if they think you are appropriate for the job. They do not guarantee that you will get any work and I have been called at 9am and asked to 'get there as soon as I can' which was a bit of a rush! However, they do pay well - £7 an hour which is good especially for a student! They do leave you to make your own travel arrangements and I have been placed in nurseries which were a good 30minute walk from the bus stop! Therefore a GPS or googlemaps is very handy!

If this is your thing, then go ahead, but bear in mind that you probably won't get any of those shifts as they are gone in less than a minute anyway. To me this sounds more like some kind of escort agency rather than reputable healthcare agency.
