They did not do a clean water rinse off on our bushes, grass, etc. and so the chemicals running off the roof and thru the downspouts killed multiple bushes and big areas of grass. Since we were up north at the time, we did not see this until we returned a month or so later. The owner was not concerned for us and tried to push the blame on us. He was argumentative and NOT very customer oriented or concerned about customer satisfaction. We had to argue with him to get a price adjustment for the dead bushes and grass. We bought new sod, new bushes and now had to 'babysit' the new plantings through the hot summer months. The roof was nice and clean but other companies can wash your roof without damaging your landscaping.
