I've shopped here for years and always had decent luck and staff was always friendly. I've also…read morebeen donating for years and it has likewise been a fine experience. However, on my last donation run I accidentally donated a bag of stuff that was not meant to be donated. I noticed a few hours later and called the store and they went above and beyond to help fix my mistake. The manager was understaffed at the time and they had a lot of donations that day so he made arrangements for us to come in the next morning when things were calmer. He helped unstack bins of donations to look for my items and we found them pretty quickly thanks to the help. I'm sure it was incredibly annoying to deal with but they were awesome

Today I was taking the leftovers to Goodwill Freeport Illinois, and let me tell you how rude the 2…read moreguys that take donations were. If I was managing that goodwill, both of the employees would be terminated. I own a estate sale business, and after the Saturday ending we donate to local charities. On Sunday I took all clothing and bagged bedding, towels and linens. We were told to please bring future loads during the week as its not so busy ,but they did unload the car an truck we were donations. We were told that we need to remove the clothing from the hangers in future drop-offs, then the other guy tells us what they take and don't take. Christmas doesn't sell right now was his comment. Plus we buy new items to stock the store! Today Monday, I took a whole truckload of glassware and collectables and the two gave me a nasty look as they were sitting outside and smoking, He continued to rudely tell me how long it takes them to remove our price stickers and that glassware doesn't sell. In all my dealing with donation sites ....this is by far the WORST FOR EMPLOYEE NASTY COMMENTS. We deal with estate sales usually 2-3 a month and this employees need to be trained in Delevan Wi Goodwill or Janesville Wi Goodwill. There training is surely lacking standards of good business. Count your blessing that the community donates to Goodwill, or you would be out of any store being there. The so called manager who was about 20, tried to make excuses for the two, however they need to look for other careers as they are bringing your donation site to a new all time low. Our business will never use Goodwill in Freeport again....after our sales it will all be thrown out in the trash... We don't need your lazy poor educated employees to belittle the donations we are bringing in. In fact we had the donation place up the road come in there truck and take all the dressers, tables and cabinets. Freeport People Use FREEPORT RECYCLE STORE.... you will be a lot happier.

I got a wonderful hand made sweater from Ireland and a beautiful Martha Stewart quilt! Many items still have original price tags. They also carry glassware and pictures frames, books and home decor, Crystal dishes and vases. I often find Rae Dunn items here and so many things from Home Goods but without the Home Goods prices! I know thrifting is starting to be a trend. Whether you are new or have been doing it a longtime, check out this store! Also grab the green punch card. For every $10 spent you get a hole in the card and fill the card, get $10 off. Agrace also gives your money spent back to the community we live in!

Located in strip of shops I found to be Agrace to be a very nice thrift store with a good selection of upscale items. The selection of clothing is a bit limited, but they were doing work to expand the shop into the store next door. Agrace did have a nice selection of decor and home goods, including some really unique vintage items. I found a nice older Mexican wood carving that was very reasonably priced and had to buy it. Agrace is a very nice thrift store with some really good items for sale, well worth a visit to see if you can find something you like. A bit upscale, but with good prices so check them out.
