He cleaned out our dryer vent in less than an hour. It was full of wet lint and a birds nest!!! Did a great job for a fair price. While another, more high-tech company was thorough in examining our chimney, etc. (an examination which cost us over $100) and came in with a repair estimate of roughly $7000, Crestwood examined our chimney thoroughly, explained what Kentucky standards were, and what needed to be done to make our chimney both safe and operable. Total repairs, including the new damper, came to less than $700. He was kind, efficient, masked and knowledgable, and now we have a working fireplace for when the seasons turn cold.
