is it true an employee was released for sharing a microwave, they say the individual was standing right there and said nothing did she eat the meal. do the temps have orientation and told of this rule in the training they received on safety regulation. i talked to a few people and none of us have never heard of this. i hope you make things right. i have seen people share microwaves all the time. everyone who is working there needs to be notified of the not sharing rule. thank you for your time. last thing if you knew about the not sharing the employ would still have a job.p.s. i bet you did not know about this, lets call it a regulation. read more

Literally one month after I spoke with a representative--who seemed very confident of my resume--and absolutely nothing. I've called back once per week to remind them that I am still looking for employment, and to check up with them. The woman I spoke with never came to the phone after our initial meeting. Perhaps I was spoiled by staffing agencies in Austin, but these Georgia agencies seem to all be completely worthless. 2Work is but one of three I've spoken with and over the past one to two months I've heard nothing, even when I revised my salary expectations down several times. I'm trying not to let my frustration color my impression of all staffing agencies in this state, but, how hard is it to find work? How hard is it really? Back home I found a data entry role with decent pay the same week that I interviewed. Why is it so hard here? read more

Filled out my initial application and went home. Zee stopped by where I stay to drop off cards, and recognized me and we got to talk more about my background. He took the time to get to know me. His biggest thing was that he really wanted to put people into a job where we are going to be successful long-term. Ive never had a staffing agency/organization/company work so tirelessly for me. They came through big. Zee worked hard on securing a contract with a company he knew I would be successful in. In just two weeks he finalized the contract, and I interviewed and got the job. They knew my situation, knew me, and went above-and-beyond what was expected. I love my new job. I haven't even been there a week and a half and I already got moved up. I'm getting back on my feet after being homeless for a year, and I couldn't have done it without them. They were my heroes. I don't care if you have a job, or don't. Check them out because they aren't just putting warm bodies in a warehouse for 12 hours a day 6 days a week. They're finding REAL people REAL jobs. Thank you so much for everything Zee and Michelle!
