Barber I had was horrible. I literally almost got up mid-cut, handed her some cash, and walked out. There was a gentlemen at the first chair that seemed like he was more competent at what he was doing, so I would recommend him if you have to get a cut here. Old men like myself prefer to get a haircut at a barber shop, not a salon. Old time barber shops are getting harder to find, even in a retirement community like Green Valley. 3.5 Happy Barbers is an old time, hair on the floor, barber shop. They have had a turnover in barbers lately and you may not always get the barber you want unless you get their contact information and call ahead (I don't do that, I just walk in and get the next available). I rarely have to wait more than 10 minutes, most of the time I get served right away. So if you want a no BS haircut this is the place for you. read more

This is an excellent small but quaint barbershop. No frills or anything crazy just really good haircuts. Marcel cut my hair and took his time and even used a straight edge razor at the end to really clean up the lines. Highly recommend. read more
