Worst haircut of my life. Before I go down a rabbit hole, please know that I wouldn't take the time to write this if this haircut went as I asked. "Low fade with a VERY little bit off top" I even held my fingers up when I said "very". I've spent years trying to grow significant length on top of my head. This man just chopped the bangs off. Right in the middle. Didn't even measure. I was infuriated. He said "oh it will grow back out." He goes "oh it was all different lengths so I made it all even." Sir.... It was all different lengths because that's how haircuts are designed......... and he didn't even make it close to even. This looks like one of those haircuts where a girl tries to cut her bangs in the mirror at home and she has funky hair for 6 months. If you're going to get a haircut that only needs clippers.... You might be able to get away with an ok haircut here. If you have beautiful hair that requires a barber that is thoughtful and has attention to detail.... Take your hair somewhere else. ****please note that this place came "highly recommended" to me from a mutual friend. This was an utter and complete failure. Read the other 1 star reviews here.... Not recommend unless you are in dire need of a haircut. To simbply ask if they do a style of hair cut and how often shouldn't be a reason to become offended. However I guess it was just an easy way of saying no. Anyway was told maybe it wasn't a good idea for a me to get a haircut, and I would have to agree if the barber does not have confidence in his abilities as a barber I need to find elsewhere. read more

I have been going to Continental Barbers for over 14 years. Back when Jim and Penny were at the chairs. Now that Martin and Christina are piloting those chairs, I have continued to go there. Not because its a habit, but because either one of them give me the BEST haircuts I have ever had. I am so grateful for their service, and give them cudos for the quality of their haircuts. I desperately needed a barber and came here out of pure necessity. I couldn't have been more disappointed with the quality of the haircut or the experience. I asked for a simple classic taper, something any barber should be able to do. The barber instead used the electric clippers on my whole head, giving me what could only be described as a short bowl cut on the sides and back of my head, and pushed my hairline in front up to the top of my head. It looked so horrible that another barber was unable to fix it and I needed to shave my whole head the next day. I cannot recommend going here under any circumstances. read more
