There is a pets corner which our daughter loved and dogs are welcome. The site is surrounded by dairy cattle which we loved. They have a newspaper and ice cream van that comes on the site daily which was nice. The site is also close to the village so if you want to venture to a pub its not too far and Lancaster is close by too. The site has had upgraded facilities i believe for the new season and this must account for the prices going up as it used to be very cheap.

He said its not the way he works and said he is not on his own with this way of thinking, there are other other local companies that are very good tuners in their own right and dont just take his word for it, First i was impressed by their honesty and knowledge of the car, and the fact they wernt hard sell they were managing my expectations well I booked it and had it remapped by GP. A small handful of themed rooms spread over a few floors, the decor is absolutely on point, even down to the life size model cow in the reception. The owners are cheerful and welcoming, and everything is well equipped, coffee, tea, hair dryers, and unusually for a lot of hotels and b&bs, a good size mirror! There's space to hang your things, and the beds are excellently comfortable, got a great nights sleep. Also, with how well known blackpool is for it's cougars and dodgy hen and stag parties etc etc, this place wasn't rowdy, we didn't wake up to piles of puke in the corridor, whatever. Whether it doesn't particularly attract the rabble, or the guys have a good way of controlling it, i'm not sure, but after our night, I'd be surprised if you were disturbed. Decent location, a short walk from the front and the tower. The breakfast room is like a jungle, you probably will end up sharing a table with others, which is fine by me, but I know it bothers some. Greeted with huge pots of tea, the smell of fresh coffee and excellent excellent breakfasts. I will warn you though, be careful about where you park your car! You don't want to fail to pay by accident!

They always have a good range of both narrowboats and cruisers for sale. The marina has 160 moorings and facilities such as toilets, showers and launderette, slipway and hoist. They also have a couple of day hire boats available which makes for a fun day out. There's a well stocked chandlery too, it is on the pricey side but you can also get the benefit of their advice when buying which can be helpful for the boating DIYer. The caravan park has privately owned static caravans and also touring pitches and seems very popular in the summertime.

Also had WiFi & Freeview/DVD-TV provided in our room. As for Breakfast; there's a good selection of branded cereals, different breads & jams, tea, coffee, fruit, juices, and the option of full cooked breakfast if you prefer. It may not look modern outside nor on the inside, but don't let that bother you. Location is perfect - very close to Restaurants, shops, and the beach-front - all a short walk away.
