They came in a reasonable time, and as others put it, didn't fool around. They brought a crane, a large chipper and bobcat on a flatbed with a claw arm. The very efficiently used the crane to top and remove the rest of the tree that was in danger of falling. They removed everything efficiently and much quicker than we could have. Very polite. Very patient in explaining how the insurance may work. I would use them again in a heart beat. Pricing, for heavy and emergency work, I thought reasonable. I didn't feel taking advantage of.
