Customer service is less than desirable. Initial design appointment was great but when time to order the blinds I had to chase the representative for 2 weeks to place the order. Delivery timeline was quicker than promised but they charged the wrong credit card. (Also why am I paying in full before I even receive the order??) No one was able to help resolve although many promised to look into and get back to me. Zero responses and everyone either said- nothing we can do or let me transfer you. So after many transfers and over an hour and a half on the phone I'm still waiting. I typically use the Shade Store and now understand why. I would not recommend 3day blinds. read more

Absolutely the WORST Customer service and products ever created!!! 1st- 3 Day Blinds makes nothing of quality in 3 days or 3 months. 2nd- The sales representative pressured me into purchasing more expensive fabrics than my budget. He talked me into so called "better quality fabrics for a nicer look." 3rd- After waiting 3 months; the sales representative's window measures were inaccurate and the window treatments I ordered did not fit properly. 3rd - The installer refused to remove the poor-fitting drapes and shades, was rude and informed me of additional charges to remove the products. 4th - Crystal Stanford, THE MANAGER, was the most disrespectful creature I ever spoke with! She was only authorized to Re-Make the ill-fitting window treatments and Not Offer Refunds for 3 Day Blinds poorly made products. Nightmare. I don't even want to think about it.rude, disrespectful measurer who also installed the blinds as I telling him they were made backwards...tried to get someone out to see what could be done. Seems that he is the only live person in the ATL area. I'd demanded him to leave and never set foot in my home again. Shoddy in more ways than that. Charged $$$$ final without my permission...visa found dispute in my favor 3 times and they still charged it again ..headache since last August. This is a bare look at tip of iceberg. It all starts out sunshine and lollipops... but in the worst cliche of a dodgy retailer possible, once they have you sign that contract, suddenly the sky grows dark and storm clouds roll in. Apart from the fact nothing in this company gets done in 3 days my biggest beef is with the wonderful " life time guarantee". No matter when if something goes wrong they'll fix it for free. BUYER BEWARE! I wished I had read the reviews before I ordered the blinds. Like everyone else, the service is horrendous. Good luck with getting any follow ups and I don't trust or believe their 'lifetime warranty' at all. If they are that hesitant to follow up, then why would I believe they would come back months/years later to honor their so-called lifetime warranty. The salesman was extremely nice, but I am extremely glad I only did one room rather than the entire house. Lesson learned! The blinds look nice but still waiting on hearing back regarding a blind that was measured too short and does not go all the way to the windowsill as the others. Getting the windows replaced in December so maybe they can adjust it after replacing the window...not expecting to hear back from 3DBs unless they want me to buy more blinds, which will never happen again! I had 3 Day Blinds install Hunter Douglas motorized blinds. Not only do not hang right but also when the blinds are open they don't sit horizontal. You can't really see out the window unless the blinds are raised. We were told it was the type of blinds we bought. But the recommendation came from the sales person. Hunter Douglas motorized blinds are very expensive and now we are stuck with them. Terrible!!!! read more

Ordered shutters in July. I followed up monthly up until the install time in November. Then finally found out that THEY WERE NEVER ORDERED. I was disappointed but tolerant. Then the next install time comes and I hear nothing again. Finally I get a return message saying that they are delayed again. I ordered my blinds the end of December, 2023, and they were initially supposed to be installed between February 14-26 2024 because they told me they are shipped from California. Well, I received a message from them saying there was a delay, and they won't come in until March 15. Then, they messaged me and said they are being shipped, and scheduled an install date for today, March 7th. Well, I just received a message that they have to cancel my installation because the blinds did not arrive from fed ex as expected. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. I ordered my blinds 5 months ago. We had a install date and the measurements were not done correctly and the equipment to install was not all there so they left to install another day. Today was the day they were supposed to install again, but they no showed on me. Then texted me to let me know he has the flu but then when I texted him back, he said he was out of town. Called "3 day blinds" 6 weeks ago for an estimate on 13 windows that needed wanted motorized blinds. I told them 6 weeks for an estimate was absurd. But I told them to call me anyway. Their competitors were much, much quicker. In fact, the blinds look great! They were installed about 3 weeks ago. But today I got a call from the 3 Day Blinds salesperson, who wanted to schedule the estimate!! HAHAHA!! Wow. The initial install was great, and we are very happy with the blinds. Unfortunately, we're having a problem with one of them and we're trying to get someone to call us back. We've been waiting eight weeks for someone to respond. We have tried numerous phone numbers but nothing. Love our blinds but as others have said min their reviews if you want any follow ups after they install good luck! I dealt with at least four ppl and called all of them back to ask for more blinds on other windows and it took weeks to get a response and once I did I never got a callback again! I wanted the same treatments on two other windows but no one ever called me so it didn't happen. I like my blinds but one treatment is already getting hung up so we will see how this goes long term. We went with roller shades and the fabrics we chose initially were not available so although we had to get our second choice they seem to be quality blinds except for the two where one needs to be a little longer as it strains to the end when pulled down. The fabric is very unique and ties into our decor well and I like the toppers we chose, we still have the beauty of the original windows but can pull close the shades for privacy. We didn't go with the automatic closers, I didn't want to deal with it going out and saw reviews where theirs did and they couldn't get anyone out to repair it. Overall I give the blinds a 3.5 but customer service and accountability needs tweaking big time, hence two stars overall. read more

SMH--i ordered 3 day blinds on Feb 25th 2023-- today is May 15th still nothing. I ordered plantation shutters and blinds for french doors-- the french door blinds arrived and were installed in mid March but nothing regarding the plantation shutters (i only ordered them for four windows and a door). Thank goodness i did not order for the entire house...When contacting the sales agent, i get they are still coming. I am so very disappointed with this company and the no customer service level. When i do order blinds for the rest of my house, i will surely not use this company. Please do not use them, there are a lot of other reputable companies that will at least give you an accurate delivery and install date. I do not want this to happen to anyone else --and have been spreading the word about my experience to all of my neighbors, relatives and friends.
