When we found some flaws in the job we called and they sent one of their painters out who came to our house on 3-4 weekends working on the problem. Then he stopped without finishing. When I called the painter directly he said that he no longer worked for Bernstein Painting so I call Guido the owner. Guido came to the house and looked at the spots that we wanted fixed and said that if he fixed it, it would happen again because it was caused by the house expanding and contracting so he refused to fix it. Very disheartening! We called another painter who said it was because it was taped poorly and recommend the easy fix of a silicone rubber caulk which stays flexible.
