Staff is inconsiderate and a total pain to deal with. They sold us a truck that should not have even passed inspection. Had so many repairs that needed to be done to it that were below the 'surface of the eye' that could have put our family and $40,000 camper in serious jeporady. The manager is a total con artist, terrible business man, and just a serious joke when it comes to customer service. My husband's truck when back to Dodge and their repairman three seperate times at least. It was not until we threatened legal action that they half a** stepped up to the plate. Neither of my moves were simple, difficult condo and an apartment with a long pathway to the truck, they did not complain and made it very easy for me. Their rates are very reasonable.
