He also came to look at our place a few days before moving day to assess everything. On moving day, his team packed and wrapped everything very quickly. They were professional, asked questions, kept in contact on the phone during each process of the move and were very friendly. We originally asked for a team of 5 and two trucks but ended up with a team of 4 at the start and 1 truck. Reduced down to a team of 3 at our new place to unpack everything. We were charged accordingly to the changes. No hidden fees or BS, everything was told to us as changes were being made and explained again when the bill came. Prices were super reasonable for the distance. We provided water, gatorade (at both places) and breaks whenever the movers needed. People forget that this is a very physically gruelling task and my partner and I would have never done what they did in such a short period of time. We were so appreciative we even ordered pizza for them at our new place, while they finished unloading all our stuff. We had over 40 boxes and tons of furniture. 11/10 I would use them again and highly recommend them! They are true to their word "In and out".

My house closed late and last minute and needed something quick and didn't have many options - never again...My 5k bedroom set completely destroyed beyond repair and Raymour and Flanagan has to replace the entire thing including the bed and dresser. Thank god I have insurance. My brand new kitchen table scratched and gouged. My children's beds screws were put in too tightly and the frames are cracked in addition to the scratches on everything. My aunts Hope cheat (who just died) smashed and broken. To top all of this off, they didn't say a word to me about the bedroom set, the chest they said it was rotted (it is absolutely not). They left large items at the first house, showed up late, weren't finished until almost 6 after saying this would be a 6 hour job (took them 8.5 and they didn't even get everything). They complained the whole time. The woman sat her sweaty body in my son's nursery recliner and upon approaching her laughed, said I caught her sleeping, and didn't move. Completely unprofessional, rude, liars, and nasty. Spoke ill of people we mutually knew and told me about all of the open court cases she had going on after they had already moved my things. After addressing the items left behind through messages, she was rotten and nasty about how tired they were among other things. After the back and forth I stopped responding to her because I no longer felt comfortable being around her for fear she would attack me or do something else. If I could leave negative stars I would. If I could do it all again I would have NEVER went with this company and don't better due diligence. And instead of apologizing and owning up to what they did, they argued with me and said my items were already broken and damaged. I said I would pay the remaining balance after the items were fixed and she said that wasn't happening and squared me up. I'm not here to argue with a grown woman with my children in my home and make them afraid or have myself or them get hurt. Moved one side table and then one of them quit. They didn't wrap my delicate furniture even though I was told by sales that they would. Over 500 dollars of damages and multiple completely unusable pieces of furniture later they requested that my partner help them to move the rest of the furniture or else it would take the entire night and possibly not get finished. My partner who had already spent the entire morning moving boxes was convinced to continue working along with them for the duration of the move. The company provided me with an invoice that claimed the movers had worked for 7 hours when they had actually worked for less than 5! (keep in mind I was also assured by the sales team that the move would be done in under 2 hours) I refused to pay the incorrect invoice until it was adjusted so the movers left with half of my stuff against my wishes. I spent a week attempting to get the issues with the invoice fixed by speaking to their incredibly rude and unprofessional operations manager. They finally admitted their mistakes and adjusted the invoice but also included hundreds of dollars of fees for the storage of my furniture that I NEVER WANTED. This company does not care about customers or their poor workers, only making as much money as possible. If this review is still up it means nothing was dealt with or solved! Customers beware!

They can't read the labels on the boxes which room they go to so you have to move them yourself! This company should not be in the moving business. They have no idea what they are doing. They have no regard or care for your belongings. All they want is your money!
