I called him Friday to confirm and he confirmed. so I come home from work on Monday and the tree is still there. so I called him and he said he will be there Wednesday. well, Wednesday came around and the tree is still there. so I called again and he said that his truck broke down and that we are the first on his list to do when it gets fixed in the next couple days. well, needless to say, I'm still waiting for him. no calls, no nothing from him. that is so unprofessional and rude for a company to conduct business like that. I do not recommend this company.

I spotted the trailer for " Best of the Best" Tree service, outside my home. I called the number…read moreand asked for an Estimate. I was told the man would be about an hour, to answer my request. I received two calls back, as he was unable to figure out where I lived. I told him quite plainly. Upon his arrival, he asked what trees and where they were. I told him I only wanted an estimate. I am here now he says, we will do it today. I repeatedly told him I only wanted and estimate. I give you a deal he says, Seniors discount? He was very rude, very pushy and was not about to listen. However I got my trees cut. He then proceeded to tell my neighbor, that his trees should also be cut. He then asked my neighbor for something to drink, and when offered water, noticed a bottle of wine on the table and demanded to drink that. He also kept his boots on and trailed water and mud across my floor as well as the neighbors. this last may be a bit of hearsay, but my neighbor is a very honest person, so I have no doubt believing what he tells me. He has also left his equipment in the neighbors driveway, without asking. I did not see any seniors discount. This man is a crook, he is extremely rude, and drinks on the job. Everyone should be very wary of this person.

I then booked them to come at the end of June. come that day, I came home from work and the tree was still there. I sent an email asking what is going on and he had stated that he forgot to write the appointment down. he then said he can come two days later. so two days later, I come home from work and the tree is still there and then I seen an email from them that said "I forgot a needed a permit so you can call the city and get one and then I will come". Needless to say, I told him that he had over one month notice for all of this and there is a lot of forgetting going on. not professional at all in my opinion. would not recommend.

Suggested getting the stump removed. Was supposed to remove a stump from a small tree that was cut down previously. Did not remove stump. He Just covered the hole with more dirt.
