So sick of this snow removal company ignoring the residential snow removal bylaw and waking me up…read more I have had to call bylaw after almost every snowfall this year as they enjoy starting their leaf blower 12' from my bedroom window anywhere from a couple hours to a few minutes before they're legally allowed. According to his email, the service covers from Nov 1st 2023 to April 15th, 2024. But my friend told me that as of now, no one has come over to remove the snow, so they have to shovel the driveway by themselves. I called this person and asked for a full refund, but I couldn't get a satisfactory response. Please be extra careful when dealing with this person/company.
