My wife called KG & T and, no sooner had I cleared the last of the dirt from the hatch then they arrived. The whole process was very smooth, courteous and efficient. Our property is very unconventional, and not easy to find unless you already know where it is. Our tank had clogged, but they got us back on track in less than 30 minutes and were also very thorough in testing that there was unblocked flow to the tank before calling the job finished. It definitely wasn't something I wanted to do, but I couldn't be more pleased with KG & T's speed and efficiency. I'm hoping it's going to be at least another 5 years before we have to make that call again, but when the time comes, I know who I'm calling.
