I paid $6 to wash my clothes, and honestly, that felt completely fair. Machines were efficient, cycles ran smooth, and everything came out fresh and clean without me wasting quarters endlessly feeding the thing. Word on Wi-Fi was fuzzy; I didn't need to connect so I can't confirm, but that's more a "nice if you need it" than deal breaker. The bathroom? My husband and I were visiting Montana for our honeymoon and Libby was the nearest town to where we were staying. Some nice ladies at Nordicfest told us about this carwash/laundromat and since we'd dirtied all of our clothes hiking the previous day, we needed to go- BAD! When we arrived there was a friendly lady working who offered to change our dollar bills for us and even spot me $2 while my husband went to the ATM- just so I could go ahead and start my 2 loads. We live in Rhode Island-and let me tell you- THIS would NEVER happen there! The machines at Ultra aren't new- but they get the job done and for only $2 a load- no one can complain! The dryers are a bargin at $1.25 a load and they are sure to get your clothes dry all the way- they first time! If you are aa Libby local- the best thing about this place is that you can drop your clothes off and they will wash/dry and fol your laundry in a matter of hours! *** There is one problem with the address listed on here- it is actually correct- but we had a difficult find it because the lady at the wash told us that 2 years ago the government changed all the street numbers as a part of some national security thing- and when you ask your gps to take you to the address listed- it takes you way out in the wrong direction. I've never had issues with PUR until today. I asked the attendant who put it in there . She replied " I did" . I came back 5 mins later and asked for a refund because she put that in there without asking and I paid for the service not her. She refused to give me the refund which was $18 She also said she didn't know who did it even though 5 mins ago she said did it. I asked to see camera footage and she looked at me like a deer in the headlights . I will be calling the owner of the mat and asking for a refund for the poor, RUDE, and disgusting service .

I had left to do some errands, it is a 31 minute cycle, and when I came back, the washer had never started. I called for help and the guy (apparently the owner) told me that I 'need to put money in it', when I stated that I had put money in he then said, 'you must have put money in a different machine'! I stated that I wasn't an idiot and he opened the coin slot and started the washer for me. It was very insulting and he has the personality of a porcupine! If you don't have to deal with him, it is a pretty nice laundromat. They also have a drop off service and can send your dry cleaning to Kalispell for you.

Laundry buckets and cart are broken. Overall, not somewhere I would go if I had a choice. The machines were 3$ top loading, 3.50$ for the single out of order front loading machine, and 1$ to start the drying machines. There is a change machine, and various flyers and magazines.

My wife took her wedding dress in to be cleaned and was told that it would not take more than two weeks for cleaning. She returned two weeks later and was told that the dress had too much beading to be send out for cleaning but was assured it would be cleaned by the owner. After another week or so she recieved a call that the dress was done. She went in to pick it up and noticed it was not completely cleaned (dirt stain was very visisble). She asked if she would still be chaged full price since she would now have to take it to Kalispell to be cleaned and was told that if she left her number the owner would call her. She never recieved a call so after another two weeks we went in to pick up the dress and was charged full price. My biggest problem was that the owner was not availible and did not call to discuss the dress. We now have to take the dress to another dry cleaner.
