I have only bought some cables here and I found them both service-minded and fairly competitive in pricing. I also saw the prices for exchanging broken screen on the iphone and seemed fairly reasonably priced for that as well so if I ever manage to break mine I would probably hand it in here. One of these nice to have stores so will make sure to buy from them instead of ordering online so that it is a service we can keep in the area.

He went through the alternatives as well as reviewing the model she had chosen in some detail; he said he had just received this model and a few of them came already Windows installed. He explained the Office options. A support option (though not fully 24/7) was available which she specifically wanted since she travels extensively. He could maybe do a little extra deal as well. All this in excellent English. We decided to check all this out with an IT friend first before returning - they thought it was a great deal We returned a couple of days later when Morgan was next due in but we were too early for him and so we saw William instead. He too was excellent and informative...we double checked all the info and did the deal As we were leaving, I mentioned that I needed a new keyboard/cover for my iPad and that Logitec no longer made a (great) device specific version but only produced a general one which I had recently bought from Amazon - and which frankly is terrible. He thought a moment then rummaged around and found another model made by Deltaco which was lighter and half the price - and while still a generic version worked a treat - even with a Swedish keyboard, since the latest Logitec one had many of the function keys in different places anyway so you had to learn where everything was in any event So good on William and he made another sale A great place to shop

They stocked a good level of most technology items from laptops to USB drives even with a small accessories and Apple section (phone cases, latest phones), household appliances too. The staff around the store didnt seem too friendly towards me as they were to other customers, probably after realising I'm a tourist - or perhaps this was the language barrier? The stock in store was pretty good but I do feel they could have had a better selection of high end gaming PC's, the best they had was the lowest model of a HP Omen which had an I5 processor. They also had phone cases for every Iphone apart from the companies flagship model at the time - XS Max. One of the best stores of its' kind in Stockholm but still it has many negatives, some bigger than others including being the only store in a mall ever where you have to queue at the narrow, horrible checkouts to leave the store - even if you don't buy anything! 3*

The package has been…read moreheld by fedex with no estimated delivery date, the delivery tracking shows that delivery was attempted on Dec 19: I was at home all day and there is a constant concierge service in the building and the delivery van never came, and never left any 'we missed you card'. I first contacted the merchant on Dec 23 am to ask for help finding my package, they eventually replied to my email that afternoon, explaining they were sorry but would only be able to help me find out on Dec 27, after their vacation... The 27 came and went, no news from TCF and I had to send them an email reminder and an instagram post to ask for help again. After a protracted back and forth the team wrote me to contact fedex directly and go away, using some pretty rude messages on Instagram, and most importantly in total contravention of their contractual obligation under EU law to ensure proper delivery of the goods to their customer. In the EU the sales contract is between the website and the customer, relieving yourself of your merchant obligation by sending your customers to incompetent delivery services is illegal. Having treated me appallingly they then ended the exchange by saying I had 'bad attitude since the beginning' when I had been nothing but courteous, and basically didn't offer any solution or courteous customer help. I will be complaining through the payment company and other consumer protection bodies. Avoid these unprofessional people at all cost and go spend your money elsewhere.

I would've given a higher rating if the product were more sturdy. I purchased a pricey snake skin case but it lasted less than a year. It didn't age well and looked dirty as it darkened naturally, and the edges looked frayed and started peeling away. I wouldn't recommend buying this particular model.
