These guys are useless. The won't pick up the phone. They tell you that you are next in line for 20…read moreminutes. They tell you that you will get an SMS when your order is ready. And then they don't prepare your order! You can't get order status online. And again, they don't pick up the phone ... I had to wait 10 minutes outside and another 15 inside to get my order. So I am not really sure what this place is for. Ordering online and picking up is barely faster than ordering elsewhere and takes far more of your time.

They don't do anything about it other than send it off for service for at least a month. No replacement, not even saying they are sorry. Just rudeness from them. Otherwise I have liked Webhallen because they are quick but I have never experienced a worse customer support.

This Samsung store is an "Experience Store" on Kungsgatan, Stockholm and although it is a small…read morelocation compared to other Experience Stores it does have a good range of Samsung technology including mobile phones, TV's and washing machines. The store had a pretty decent feel to it, it was clean and quite modern as you'd expect - even though it is in an older building - it didn't have as many interactive features as other stores however which is a shame, I did find in the retail sector Stockholm does seem to lack behind other major cities across Europe on that front. 3* - Pretty good location and A-OK sums it up.
