She does not understand the scope of responsibilities, as a notary, to an affidavit. Let's say you have an affidavit involving a vehicle in some way. The notary will insist she needs to see the vehicle (because of course, the vehicle is mentioned in the affidavit she snooped through), the title of the vehicle, ensure the color described in the affidavit is not off by a shade; maybe proof of insurance? Do not waste your time and effort using the "free" notary service at this branch.

Many of the transactions I completed while a customer recently at this branch didn't involve much in the way of fund transferring, but they did include some complexity, as I wanted to do numerous transactions separately.
