I searched on yelp for a cheap iphone repair shop and was shocked to find out that a place on Lincoln road would be it. So here's how to get here cuz it's a bit tricky. Go to 350 Lincoln road ( go inside to the second floor ) tell them you are there to fix your phone, iPad, Samsung Galaxy or whatever you have, and they will send you upstairs to the repair center. They had my iphone screen fixed for me in under 10 minutes. BTW they also offer a warranty! Highly recommend. read more

However several days later I found the microphone of the phone did not function well: your voice is pretty weak when you phone others, that they can hardly hear. Besides, the quality of the replaced screen was not as good as the original one. I carelessly dropped it on the floor of the bathroom only one month after it was repaired, and a huge crack appeared. Shattered my iPhone 6+ screen while on a vacation in Miami beach...I'm unfortunately pretty experienced w/ cracking cell phone/tablet screens but this repair would be the only one that I would qualify as worthy of the time for me to write this review. I walked into 350 Lincoln, the side entrance, to find a concierge stand attended by a young man in a suit and tie asking to assist me. He sent me up the elevator to a second floor reception desk. Approaching the reception counter, I explained that I was there for 305 Phone Repair to have the shattered screen on my IPad replaced. (My IPAd had dropped off of a dresser onto a hard tile floor that shattered the glass.) Reception called the business and gave them my name and my purpose for being there, then invited me to help myself to a self-service beverage bar while I waited for the business personnel to come and get me. Very quickly, a nice young man named Neil greeted me and we proceeded up the elevator to his office on the 5th floor. I'd never seen a WEWORK business center before, so I was surprised to see a maze of small glass offices, each a separate business entity leasing a space. 305 Phone Repair occupied one of the many small spaces, all they needed to conduct their efficient business. Neil led me through the maze to his office, then proceeded to conducted a series of operating tests on my IPad. He conducted the same repeat tests before and after changing the glass. I opted to purchase an additional shatterproof shield for $20 to help safeguard my device from the screen breaking in the future. The service I received was excellent and came with a 6-month warranty. I was encouraged to contact them right away if my IPad malfunctions in any way. In concluding, I left the business an hour and 15 minutes after arrival with a like-new iPad for a total cost of $116.00.
