Not to trash No Fear but literally my files are strewn asunder in my Finder and it's a nightmare system files mixed with my docs ans photos and omg a nightmare))). This place also organizes that for you if you need. There was No "ill take a look at it" and days later get charged $150 for what took all of 5 minutes. . I was very impressed at his ability to Decipher the issue. He literally pointed out what it was in front of me so I saw how he found the issue and resolved it. Unlike the so called Geniuses that format your disk as their one solution for all things. He does all techie repairs phones, laptops, computers etc.... and has a couch to wait if it's a quick turn around and lends you a charger even. While I was there many customers came in picked up there stuff and were on their way greeting each other like old friends. Good vibes all around. I went to try to get my laptop screen fixed on January 24, and they told me it would be ready in a few days...,TRY MONTHS. The guy never called me and I lived right up the street. I waited until MARCH after checking on my laptop, and he gave me the runaround. I desperately needed it for work purposes. Eventually, after the third try he promised that I would get my money back if he couldn't fix it. Turns out he couldn't fix it. Now here I am in MAY and he still never gave me my refund. I recently broke the screen on my iPad and delayed getting it repaired since I wasn't sure who to trust or take it to. I broke my iphone x really bad to the point where it was shattered across the whole screen. The phone was blinking green and was ultimately unresponsive. I brought it to Anass "One tech guy" and only after a short time, same day, he was able to revive my phone back to its original functioning. I was happy to have my phone back without paying so much for apple care cost. The damage was really bad so I couldn't have a functioning face id to work. Regardless, Anass opened his doors for whatever little tweak or bug that was happening on the phone. He would be there with me to inspect the phone to see how he could help.
