I have had years of my arms falling asleep and tingling at night and also had trouble with pain and stiffness in the legs by the end of each day. I always thought that it was because of the shoes or boots I was wearing. The Doc thought he could help me and I was very skeptical but thought it was worth a try. After just a very few visits, I have not had the tingling and falling asleep issues with my arms and I have NO pain and stiffness in my legs at the end of the day!! I was experiencing migraines and upper body tension for years not knowing what the real underlying problem was. I was afraid of Chiropractors but 307 has changed my view because of the different methods used. Its not a typical popping/cracking adjustment then once you leave your right back out of place, the methods used are to help your body learn and manage to keep in place. My life has literally changed after the first visit. I am now more conscious of my body and how I sit, move exercise, eat etc. I do not have migraines and tension as I used to and if I start to feel as if I am getting that way they are always available to help. I've been coming here since they opened. breath group of people. i used to have sciatica that would run down my left hip and leg. I haven't experienced that since after the first Year I started going there. I was skeptical at first but figured it was better than surgery. After the first 3 months I started noticing great improvement. Been going every two weeks just to keep everything in line. They work with my insurance so it isn't too crazy expensive and much better than surgery. Would highly recommend them to anyone experiencing discomfort. I have very LITTLE PAIN and can stand longer. I use to not be able to stand during worship at church, but now I can stand 15 minutes easily. It has totally changed what I am able to do at my exercise classes and has also allowed me to cut my pain medication in half!!
