All i needed was a simple vaccination but the nurse injected too low on my arm and not in deltoid…read moremuscle where it's supposed to go. Nothing majorly wrong but i know that is incorrect and i can't extend my arm without triceps pain but it will get better over time. This is Injection 101 and they should get this right. It's especially worrisome when I see they are offering up all sorts of healthcare services now. Train your people better.

Terrible...be ready for a long ranting post... Had my first…read moreencounter over the phone with one of the nurses. She was great, got all the info I needed and gave her all my information. Went in to pick up an xray order, the receptionist had no idea what to do and I had to wait there for 45 minutes for her to figure it out and hand me a piece of paper. Then she gave me the wrong information. She told me I had an appointment at the radiology place at a certain date and time. Turns out that they are a walk in service and the appointment she gave me was for the doctor AT PUBLIC HEALTH. I also repeated back the appointment information she gave me because it sounded wrong and she confirmed that it was correct. I got into my appointment with the doctor (Who was also amazing) He told me I would be able to get my prescription through medicaid. So the nurse told me about it and said I just had to wait a few weeks to see if I was approved and would get a card in the mail. So today (45 days later) I called the medicaid of Wyoming who told me that an application was never submitted for me. Now I've never dealt with medicaid before and have no idea how the process works but if the health department would have told me I needed to submit an application on my own I would have been happy to do so, but all they said was to wait to get approved. I'm at the point I'm about to pay the $400 medication out of my pocked because I'm so livid and frustrated.
