Ryan and his team are very kind, knowledgeable, and easy to be around. They have integrity in their work, and I can easily trust them. They have always done a solid job in a timely manner . On one occasion, the repair took more time than originally predicted because a part did not get delivered in time, and Ryan graciously offered to pay for a rental car for me during the extra days. Obviously nobody is happy when they need to get their car repaired (stress, cost, inconvenience, ect), but Sorensen's made the experience as pain-free as possible.

Between pets and three kids, it had definitely seen better days. I purchased the full package because my kids sometimes eat in the vehicle & my dog sheds more than most. Also, my daughter had spilled an entire box of craft beads and they were stuck in the carpet pretty good. The food spills are gone, the carpet is clean, and the interior feels almost like the day I purchased it. My car had one previous owner, so it wasn't new when I bought it. I can see now that the dealership I purchased it from didn't actually deep clean it before I bought it because it seems cleaner now! He was also able to get the gunk out of my cupholder and vent areas, too. You can tell he takes pride in his work and pays attention to the details. I'll definitely be using his services again and highly recommend him to anyone who wants to refresh their vehicle.
