It just dumped a bunch of soap on my car and just...lagged. I waited a good couple of minutes waiting for the machine to engage, but nothing happened. Luckily, I was able to go to the other machine and run through it with no problem. The wash itself is fine, but it doesn't quite hit all areas of the car, mainly towards the bottom. There's still some grime when the wash is finished near the bottom. The automatic dryer also barely blows away excess water. Tommy's Express Car Wash is much better in this regard. Still, touchless wash options in GI are fairly limited, so this will do for now.

Sometimes you don't know it until you are stuck in line with a car in front and a car behind you. If you're lucky there's a cone in front to indicate they are down...again. I don't like the car washes with brushes and there are not many touchless washes in town. I will be looking for other options because it isn't worth the drive to find out that I can't use the membership I have paid for.

I recently bought my "new to me" car from Mr. Jackson, and it absolutely did not go to plan. My plan was buy car, drive car home, and be happy with the car. How much can you really learn about a company when such a simple plan goes off with out a hitch? Probably not much.... sure I could have told you how nice they are, I could have told you how efficient they are, I could have told you how easy it is to talk to a human and get information... I could have even told you how they had my car ready to go. Of course my plan did not work. I ended up with a post purchase complication 1500 miles from home. The response to my situation really told me a bunch about Jackson's Car Corner. My issue was a minor problem with a fuel filter....that only showed up after the car was running 70 mph for an hour or so on the interstate...I can't fault the car lot for that. It did however leave me on the side of the road in a different town from Jackson's Car Corner. The owner of Jackson's Car Corner got in his truck and made a two hour round trip drive to rescue me. Then made sure my issue was resolved. Absolute class act. Look bottom line....when you are buying a used car, you know the situation you are in, you know there is going to be warranty limitations if at all, you know the car is used, you know cars can break down...that is life. If you want to buy from a shop that actually cares about you, cares about your situation, and wants to do right by you....then absolutely consider Jackson's Car Corner. No leaking oil, no low oil levels, no oil warning light, no oil on underbody, zero drops in my parking space. The quote sent to my phone does not include any dollar amounts. They only gave me the two dollar amounts over the phone. I asked them to print the quote but they did not want to, they said it would be about 45 pages. They charged me $63 for the worthless quote. I'll never be back. If I could rate it zero stars, I would.
