Exemplary customer service! Due to circumstances beyond our control we needed to have important documents notarized on a late Friday afternoon. After calling multiple locations, 309 Auto Tags still had a notary on staff. Once we came in, she calmed us down and walked us through the process, they allowed us to stay to finished all of our documents and also gave us directions to the FedEx locations with the latest pickup, so our documents could be mailed out that evening. I 'am a commercial driver who went to Jack Rabbit in Norristown first for apportioned plate, which was a great mistake the clerk at the desk gave me a plate that only allowed me to haul freight in Pennsylvania. STAY AWAY FROM JACK RABBIT FOR APPORTIONED PLATES.
