Have only used their services a few times over the years, the last 2 days ago, and every time I have found them to be very, very nice, efficient, and the kind of folks I wish worked many other stores where the service is usually the opposite. Update: The owner Al reached out less than an hour after I wrote this and we discussed the issue I had. He was patient, understanding, and clearly prioritizes his customer service. While nothing could be done about this issue, I'm impressed with the level of concern Al expressed and I'm convinced something like this won't happen again. Updating to 5 stars. Lack of knowledge led to an unnecessary $87 dollar charge. I purchased my vehicle back in April, and was having issues getting my title. I called here in June to ask about it and was told they don't handle that and I had to get my title from the financing company. After being jerked around by several different companies I came back here only to find that my title was processed in May and I just didn't receive it. I had to pay a reissue fee of $87, because I "didn't let them know that I didn't get my title within 90 days of it being sent out." Never mind the fact that I called within 30 days to inquire about my title. If the person I'd spoken with actually knew what they were talking about or had taken 2 min to look my registration up, I would have had my title 3 months sooner and without an extra $87 tacked on. read more

I had to transfer my car registration after moving here from out of state. I worked with Sammie virtually with the title transfer and she was very communicative and informative. When the title arrived, I came in with my PA ID and proof of insurance and walked out with my PA plate. I can't believe I got to walk out with the plate! They gave me the option to register for 2 years instead of just 1, which is a great value. Wallace the resident dog is extremely adorable. Best tag business in Lansdale! read more

Fabio's has always been there for me. Whether it's a car registration or a notarization they are efficient, open, reasonably priced & generally a god send. Fazio's has a nice parking lot, with easy disabled access (things you notice after you break your heel). The building itself is clean and well staffed with friendly/ helpful associates. We were able to go right up to the counter when we arrived and were in and out, in about 5 minutes. They made the process of submitting my temporary disability placard fairly easy and quick. Apparently they drive forms that can't be submitted electronically up to Harrisburg daily for processing. Was incredibly surprised to have the placard back in about a week. I've been to Fazio's twice now for non-standard tag needs (reconstructed title and ATV registration) and in both cases I have had a wonderful & pain free experience. The staff is always friendly and willing to help you with questions you have. Highly recommend, they're very fast and they know their stuff! I was confused on filling out my title form and had been told by DMV I had to go to auto tag place to update my name on my registration anyway so I came in and was in and out in ten minutes! No guessing on forms! Very reasonably priced, however you get a deal on paying cash so come prepared. read more

I was applying for a Vintage/Vanity tag (from a salvage turned reconstructed title). The state messed up twice and both times Zach was patient, attentive, and understanding of my frustrations/needs. They only accept cash or check for transferring a title, which is normal. BUT their ATM in the lobby not only charges a fee for a withdraw (which is fine) it forces you to check your balance before taking money out, its the only option when trying to initially withdraw money, and then charges you. I was withdrawing from my checking account that i have a savings account linked to it (a requirement of the bank) which i never use. This machine charged me to check my balance on my checking account, which it forced me to do to continue, and then charged me a second fee against my savings account, which i did not request...it had not money in it....so it over drafted an account that i have never used. I have never had an ATM do this anywhere...ever. I understand the typical fee for withdrawing money but to force you to check your balance and then charge a fee to every account associated with that one single checking account is absolutely ridiculous. The service was fine and there was no wait but it overdrew my account which i will soon get an overdraft fee for, so with the ATM fees and the overdraft charge i will literally have spent almost twice as much as i should have there. Do NOT use their ATM. read more
