I had a reservation for a pickup at my condo and take me to the Panama City airport at 5am. I was told they would call one hour before as a reminder. After 30 minutes and no notice I tried to start checking with them to make sure they were coming. No answer to my text or phone calls. Never showed up or let me know why they hadn't showed! This place accepted my reservation for pick up at VPS for a late flight (11:15pm). When we were delayed 1/2 hr I called to inform them. 15 minutes later I got a call that they wouldn't be able to honor the pick up. No reason was given other than we were delayed, i guess they couldn't be bothered. They totally left us hanging after a horrible travel day at near midnight at the airport. Luckily Destin Shuttle and Taxi bailed us out and were awesome. I'll never use this place again. read more

The two stars are solely for the fact that the ride was on time, clean and Mitchell was amazing and friendly. However, Steve one of the co-owners picked us up at 0430 to take us to Panama City Airport and the entire time made racist comments that dampered the end to our wonderful trip. We couldn't believe the rant he went on about African Americans, mentioning gangs, guns, drugs and rapists that would come to Panama City from Atlanta and how the city put bans that now prevent this. I cannot believe the ignorance, believing we agreed with his racist assessments. Will not use this service again. read more

Steve is the best! We arranged a transfer from our home to the airport for our houseguest via email. Steve was very responsive. The pickup was scheduled for 6am and he was early texting our guest letting her know he was waiting and to take her time. He was early! Steve is not operating on beach time. :) Our guest commented that Steve was "excellent." Our guest's flight was delayed so he followed up with me day of and the day after saying it looked like she finally took off (delayed 24 hrs). Superb service. 30A excellent service, Steve was fantastic , I called the night before my flight to get transportation service on 40 mile trip from airport to town, Not sure who would or could without being too $$ , found 30A Airport on Yelp, called then text Steve received text back within 15 min taking the job with a military discount . Was waiting for me as i arrived baggage handled my luggage for me. Great conversation and little known Knowledge of Mexico Beach and surrounding towns . Front door service . Great driver ...
