The website had prices listed (according to your arrival and destination locations) which i really appreciated. We were greeted with a sign at the airport (woohoo! I have always wanted that ;)) by Berk. He was so helpful with retrieving luggage, immediately taking us to the van parked out front of the airport, loading the luggage so it would be safe for passengers in the car. Berk was also very patient with us as we had to install a car seat for our baby girl. It was late when our flight arrived and we had not eaten (not realizing that Panama City Beach airport is a smaller airport so restaurants close a bit earlier). Berk was so patient and kind in a natural way...he offered to stop somewhere so we could pick up some food to go. Talk about going Above and Beyond!!! He was very pleasant, kind, helpful, and personable and represents Beachside Express's fabulously!! I would recommend this airport shuttle to anyone coming to Panama City Beach area!

I requested a pick-up at 5:00am, and Joe said he might be 5 or 10 minutes early. He was actually more like 15 minutes early, and texted my phone to let me know: "I'm outside. I'm early. Take your time!" He was cheerful and professional, and regaled my better half and me with local information (for example, I never knew the white sand at the Pensacola beaches were imported from up North), and made sure to point out old neighborhoods in Pensacola that I had said I remembered from a few years back. The taxi ride cost a little more than quotes from other places (it was $50 for the trip from Milton to Pensacola), but when you need to bank on someone actually arriving at your house at 5 in the morning, the peace of mind of knowing they will actually show up (and show up early, even!
