Since she first walked in for my appointment she was rude, sarcastic, pushy and domineering. Despite not knowing her well i pushed threw feeling worse and worse about my hair as the appointment went on. A very heavy set but sweet and polite black woman entered the salon & judy scowled at her suddenly making hateful comments about how much she's NOT looking forward to doing "that monkeys knots" this controlling disrespectful excuse for a human needs to be taught a lesson and shown how humiliation really makes people feel. Email works fine it is the user who is the problem. Go to Country cuts in Guild - ask for Heather - they are much more responsive and much less expensive. I rushed back for this appt and really did not appreciate her giving the appt to someone else. As it was it took me 3 email to get her to confirm this appt.
