Our bay window area, which is pretty much floor to ceiling with a door, needed replacement. 310 Construction came out and measured, then sent all the measurements to Keim Home Center (where we wanted to purchase the replacements). All we had to do was walk into Keim, pick out the style and options we wanted, and 310 Construction took care of the rest! When the time came for installation, the crew was knowledgeable, competent, and courteous. As they were removing the old windows, water damage was discovered. They showed it to me and told me what was needed to fix it correctly. I authorized the extra expenditure to fix it right and asked how to prevent water damage in the future. They said they would take care of it and showed me the correct flashing they would put in place to make sure it wouldn't happen again. We had a good experience with 310 Construction. Mr. Yoder and an assistant came out and took thorough measurements of our front door and rear patio door. We were presented many options and finally made our choices. It did take a couple of months for the doors to arrive and to be put on the schedule. I was nervous as it was a very cold day, but a crew arrived and I will say did a marvelous job of installation. it was a windy day and unfortunately the dust blew around a lot as the old doors and frames were taken out and the new installed. However the crew thoroughly cleaned up and left things in great shape. These gentlemen were extremely friendly and professional and we felt did a great installation in a very reasonable amount of time. Very pleased with with the results of the new windows and doors installed by 310 Construction. The work performed included: old windows and doors completely removed and replaced with "new work" windows and doors(26 combined units), all new wooden widow jam extensions, both new wooden window trim and salvaged wooden trim, daily outside clean up, and interior care using tarps, sweeper, including work boot/shoe removal. Put a new front door for me and did great job. Had them back to remodel my kitchen. Another great job. Had them back again to install all windows and a new patio door. Would use them on any project they offer. price was as good as anyone. Only compliant, it takes them a little too long to get back with you when you try to contact them. they hired office person to take care of that and have gotten better on later jobs they did for me. read more

I had them install a new storm door on our place. They were on time and did a very good job. Cleaned up as promised. Because it was a small job toward the end of summer, it was scheduled out a couple of months. Their contact and scheduler is also one of the workers and is busy on jobs. Call backs took longer than if they had office people. He was polite and accurate on schedule matters. I would use them again. read more

Andy at 310 was responsive to our requests and additional work that had to be performed at the last minute. 310 has installed three doors for us and each time the the craftmanship has been flawless.
