The entire team always makes you feel welcome and excited to be there. This most recent visit was extra special , my daughter had her hair styled by Hailey for her Halloween costume (Rumi from K-pop Demon Hunters), and she absolutely nailed it! Hailey is so sweet, patient, and always has the biggest smile and most positive energy. The braid came out perfectly and totally completed the look. We've also celebrated a birthday party here before, and it was over the top fun! The girls got their nails and hair done, then wrapped it all up with a dress-up fashion show that they're still talking about. Never recieved a call the day before. I reach out to Life of the Party at 5pm to state my concerns saying they would reach out to him. Got back with me he would call me soon, he had a busy day. Still never recieved a phone call. Reached back out to Life of the Party the morning of to get his number and reached out to him directly. Called and texted with no answer and as the time got closer I kept calling and he started to decline my phone calls. I received my deposit back but this by far the most disappointing booking I have ever done. I ended up having to go to the birthday party and explain why we no longer had a surprise for the birthday girl.
