Great to do business with!! My Ipad ended up at a hotel in Kenly, NC and I in Pennsylvania. The…read morehotel would not ship it, they would not drop it off at a shipper, I had to find a place that would go there pick it up and ship it! Ken handled everything shipping it to me in Pennsylvania all for someone he did not know or do business with. He drove 20 miles each way just to pick up my Ipad and return it to me! And his price as more than reasonable! Great job and I really do appreciate all of your efforts.

Clean and to the point…read more Efficient store. Came up on a search for fed ex. Only ups. When asked if I wanted fragile packing I declined. If you don't have a box, you will get three fees. Packing fee, box fee, and packaging materials. Bring your own box. No complaints, just not impressed.

They're efficient, give you receipts and ship whatever, notarize things but whatever you do,…read moredon't ask them to tape a box closed because that is like the end of the world and they look at you like you're insane even though they have like multiple multiple tape guns right in front of them on the counter, they will not tape your box then they say we can give you one piece of tape and then I OK yeah I'll take right so I guess I wanna give you five dollars for a little tape roll and will that make y'all happy. So I always take my Amazon returns there, but just make sure you take your box clothes otherwise you're gonna be screwed out of a bunch of money for cheap tape that won't come off the roll. I guess Amazon doesn't pay enough for handling returns because they can't afford tape or let me say they can't afford to let you have tape. They use tape if you pay them, but I don't know. Seems as very strange. Not very hospitable on the tape.
