Good quality work BUT the pick up date is never the actual date. I think reaching out to the customer notifying them the order will be late would be great. I feel as though I have to reach out every time to check the status of the order. read more

Let me start by saying that I am rating 2 starts solely on the lack of professionalism and organization I experience from this business. I had 2 items embroidered and I was very happy with the results and how fast it was finished. The price was very reasonable compared to the other business I've been to and when I went to drop off my items I was welcomed by a very friendly staff . However my issues started after I picked up and paid for my items . I was never given an invoice showing the detailed pricing for my items , this normally would have not been an issue but the items were for my job and they keep a file on each item should an employee leave . They also paid for the service to be done and providing the receipt with just a number total on it alone does not suffice. I reached out to 919 Embroidery to have what I thought was a simple request fulfilled . The first time I called I wanted to ask if they could just email me a copy of the order ; fast and easy , but when I called no one picked up the phone . When I called again later that day I was told that the manager (who happened to be out of town at the time )had to get involved because the employee didn't know how to get me an invoice. I was confused by the response because it was such a simple request but I let it go and waited a few days for the manager to return to work . Once again I called with the same request but I just asked for the manager this time and once again he was "out of the office ". I was told that email was a better way to get in touch with him so I left my email with the employee and ended my call . I sent an email with my request and did NOT get a response, after 2 days I resent the email but I was a little pissed at this point . I finally got a response from Manuel Jamie who I assume is the manager . Hes excuse for the delay was that " because they are a small business they don't keep up with individual orders" ... and the best he could do was draft up a demo order to see how much it would cost to have the job done . At this point this had been going on for over a week and I was only now getting a response and that response was lazy and half-assed at best . Definitely not a response you would expect from a manager . I agreed just so I could get something to show my employer . I was promised to get an email that same day and it has now been a day in a half and I still have not gotten an email. Please note that I expressed several times the importance of getting this invoice and I was still put on the back burner . They obviously do not care about resolving my issue nor do my inconveniences seem to be high on their list of concerns which is not something you would expect from a "small business " . The whole experience has just put a sour taste in my mouth and the amount of back and forth with no resolve is just ridiculous. I will not be returning to this business for any further services . read more
