All of the teachers are kind, caring, and genuinely friendly, which gave us so much peace of mind every day. We are so grateful for the care our son received during his time at KinderCare. As first-time parents, leaving our infant in someone else's care was a big decision, but from day one, we felt confident that he was in good hands. We especially want to recognize Miss Sydney and Miss Sara, who were absolutely amazing. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine love for the children truly stood out. They created such a nurturing and safe environment for our son, and it was clear every day that he was not only well cared for, but also learning and growing. I wanted to give a 1 star, but my journey here to this location already planted a negative thought. 1st we tried 43rd location that had opening but filled same day. Hmm... then 152nd and got no openings and rude, and then we were reluctant. I was told to come in and we scheduled a tour a time and my hubby showed up with daughter in tow. Nope. They were standing there clueless. It was de ja vu. This is the 2nd center for kindercare in a 4.mile radius that set up tour and said there was opening. This 1 had an opening but it t[. A minute to register that we were that tour not just a wlkin. Thankfully the tour was nice. Hubby said the staff were nicer, more organized than 43rd and he even met teachers. Ok, then he left. It was a day later he called for enrollment papers and they said it was filled and if we wanted the spot a deposit should've been made. Mm ok. Could've told him that then. Then, whoever he spoke to said if the person doesn't come back they'd call us. What? Wait, they already filled that spot but they can do take backs? Red flag. Sad too as my hubby said the teachers were nice there. We were hoping for a center after bad experience with bad in home daycare leaving us to scramble with our kiddo. Well, the following week my hubby never got a call, but he called and they said another spot came open overnight as someone left. Wow, that was fast. He asked how? They said people sometimes don't give notice when they leave. She discussed pricing again, registration fee and such. She was even more informative than the tour and gave times of things, schedules for kids, etc. They went on our list, but we had not picked them. Potential client. My husband and I had a scheduled tour appointment at this location for today, May 16 @1:30p. My husband and I went to the facility, the doors were locked (understandable) but there wasn't any signs or mention that we'd have to call to get in. There was a doorbell that we did ring but after a few mins no one answered so I called. No one answered the phone either. My husband mentioned there was someone at the front desk that he saw and said she saw him but she didn't get up or anything. I moved to the door and knocked and she looked up and let me know it would be 1 min and she got up but walked away. A few mins later she comes back to her desk, followed by someone else who opens the door and is confused about why we're there so I let her know we have a scheduled tour for 1:30p, it's now 1:40p. She's still a bit confused but asks us our names and says she'd be right back. About 2 mins later she comes back out and lets us know the facility director is out on lunch and would be back at 2p if we wanted to wait in the parking lot or we could reschedule. She did say sorry when we told her we'd reschedule since my husband took time off of work to take the tour and we couldn't stay. Overall it was not the best experience and quite frankly a waste of our time and a terrible first impression of the company. We have scheduled a tour at a different facility with the same company but hopefully this isn't common practice. I just wanted to share. read more

We enrolled our son for their Pre school program in July of '21. Not only do we love this Kindercare location, but so does our son. He has bonded with his teachers, his friends and has come home with so many new skills. The communication here with the directors and teachers has been great, and we trust them with the care of our child. They truly care, and it shows. We are moving and are so sad to take him away from the school, teachers and friends he loves so much but in the 6 months we've had our son enrolled here, we have been super impressed. Don't bring your child here. There's other Kindercares that are wonderful. My child came here for a little over a month and always came home overwhelmed and didn't want his face touched or anything. They don't work well with Military families using child care aware. Said my child had seizures and when we took him to the ER, they said he had no sign of them and that he recommend we take him out of this daycare. Unfortunately, the worst daycare experience ever. My two little ones have been there less than 2 months and I am now removing them due to my son being picked on by another student, the other child kept lifting my son's shirt up, while the teacher was turned around - my son pushed the child's arm away which unfortunately led to my child being sent home for the day. The director Shannon is absolutely rude, kneeling in my son's face saying " you're being mean to MY teachers" and this sentence was repeated by a child with speech delayed and can't quite put full sentences together. She made my son feel intimated and felt he couldn't trust any of the adults so much so to even ask for help wiping in the bathroom. My son has never had this type of behavioral concern. I was accused of recording the classroom because my phone was in my hand rather than me risking it falling out of the hoodie I was wearing. I never unlocked my phone. Courtney, the assistant director, called me about 5 minutes after I left the center talking down to me in a condensing, threatening way and accusing me of something I absolutely did not do. I told her to check your cameras, and I never had my phone on, let alone recording anything. Her response was that they had no cameras... take my experience as you wish. For some reason, it just wasn't a good fit. But I wouldn't ever recommend this center to my worst enemy. And the one star rating is extremely generous... read more

I'm only rating this place 1 star based on how this facility handles childcare assistance in particular childcare aware. Whoever the staff is that handles such matters are absolutely no help. We have been getting over charged for 6 months and not even Whats on the provider cost verification sheet. The person that handles the billing accounts has no idea how to "math" for lack of better words. It's absolutely sicking for such a nationally recognized company to let this be a thing. It's absolutely mind blowing how they handle this. If you aren't using childcare assistance I'd still double check your account just in case. Our son won't be attending kindercare anymore. read more

My daughter has attended this center for almost a year. She comes home almost every day talking about how her teachers are her best friends and wakes up excited to go to school. She has learned so much and her teachers played a huge role in weaning her off her binkie and potty training her. After the Covid-related shut down, I was worried she would have a hard time returning to her old schedule, but the staff made the transition seamless. we couldn't be more appreciative of the staff at this center. read more

I've had my child enrolled here for about two months. I was extremely nervous about putting them in daycare. The assistant director Shannon and all of the teachers on my child's side have been amazing. They're very communicative and I get multiple updates throughout the day about activities/meals/diaper changes, etc. Shannon is always in a great mood and is more than willing to answer any and all questions I have. Plus my child who is very shy loves her. Nichole ( not sure if I'm spelling her name right) has been great. She is my child's teacher. She has been very consistent on making sure the transition into daycare is as smooth as possible for my child. Overall our experience has been very great and very comforting. Disgusting facility, bad management from top-down. I only kept my kids at this location a few weeks before pulling them out. It was the worst facility/managment combo I've ever experienced. If you love your kids and want them in a clean, nurturing, learning environment find a different place. I went to get my son, teachers had no idea where he was - found him in the bathroom so I went to help him. I stepped in a standing pool of pee (several inches) in the toddler bathroom, and almost slipped and fell. On a separate day, I picked up my toddler to find him lethargic and dehydrated and a teacher telling kids no to water because they ran out of cups! Enter at your own risk! read more

The employees do not care about your child. They lie about cuts and scrapes and they definitely don't listen. I expressed some concerns to Joslyn one of the managers and trust me when I tell you if she says this to you "okay, not a worry!" That just means your concerns went through one ear and out the other. I think their failure to keep employees is the reason why they aren't able to ensure a child's safety and why my kid came home with marks they didn't have going in. The worst daycare you'll ever find. Their employees are rude and incompetent. On multiple occasions they placed my son in other kids' clothes (pretty impossible considering everything is labeled and they only allow certain articles of clothing). During this pandemic they had given him other kids binkies, and he came home with scratch marks. While children are learning and they deserve the benefit of the doubt, parents should be notified and not just sent home with marks. In addition they don't check ID's when someone other than mom or dad is picking up they take the adults word for it. Ultimately this led us to keeping him home and missing work so he wouldn't have to go here, until they forcefully unenrolled him. This daycare is absolutely terrible. My child does not go there, nor would I ever let him. I live near the daycare and the workers have the children outside no matter what the conditions. When there was ash falling from the sky from The wildfires, they had them outside. Today is is 30 degree and raining/snowing and these poor children are still outside. One child doesn't even have a jacket. It is sickening and wrong. If you have a child that goes there, please be aware that your kid(s) will be outside no matter what the weather or conditions. read more

Ms Danielle, the director goes above and beyond with communication. Even though the center is short staffed, she makes sure everyone is greeted and welcomed into the center. She goes above and beyond for this center. Before she started I was considering pulling my kids, but now that she is there, my mind is at ease knowing she is watching over them. My boys started daycare here a couple months ago. They have been so amazing. Amanda, the director, is the best! When there was some concerns about the recent concerns posted she was very open and honest about the situation and how it was being handled. The teachers are all very hands on with the kids and the facility has always been clean when I have gone to drop off or pick up my children. I have a 3 year (almost 4 year old) who literally runs to his class when we get in. Sometimes once we walk in class he hides behind me but once his teacher approaches he goes to her with no problems, he honestly forgets I'm in the room lol. I couldn't be happier with having them here in such a loving and caring environment. My youngest has OT every week and his therapist is very impressed with the facility as well. She loves that the teacher for him is super understanding of his sensory needs and helps him transition from activity as recommended by her. She even left him noise cancellation headphones that he uses when it gets to overwhelming for him. He is able to still participate in the activities without the sensory overload. I can't express my gratitude enough. I'm a very picky mom, I am also very vocal and have no problems with calling out anything out of line or place so I appreciate that anytime I've had a concern it was treated with a fast response and solution. read more

10 stars! When I think of Kindercare, I almost get emotional due to just how good they are to my twins. During the past few months they have continued to support every single family DAILY, even when they had to close due to the quarantine. It was truly incredible. My kids come home with new words daily, singing songs they've learned with their awesome artwork. I am updated ALL day of exactly what they are doing, activities, nap times and pictures. They are in the safest place, where their comfort is of the utmost importance. I can't imagine sending them anywhere else!! Worst childcare experience imaginable. Two major problems: 1) Part of the astronomical tuition includes formula, which they refused to provide to us when we asked. So we asked a different staff member and we did receive the formula. Eventually we stopped asking because they withheld it from us, then treated us like beggars for asking. 2) They cared for our child for 6 weeks before the Center Director stole our final tuition payment and sent us to their nasty, unnecessarily aggressive collections team. I guess they were not counting on us keeping track of our payments, because even though the evidence can be seen in their own ledger, the issue has risen to the level of pending litigation. We are still awaiting our apology. I would encourage parents who expect integrity from a daycare center to consider EVERY VIABLE alternative before considering Kindercare. Use flexjobs.com to find a job you can work at from home. Go to work at Starbucks corporate which has a daycare inside the building. In my opinion, it's worth it. I've had nothing but bad experiences with Kindercare, but this center has done nothing but impress me. The teachers are amazing, PATIENT, caring, understanding and actually show your children love and push them to learn. It's hard nowadays to find daycares that have teachers who GENUINELY love their career. My son adores his teachers and that's a huge deal for me. The directors have bent over backwards for me and the teachers are great with communicating with me and making sure my son has the best experience possible. My son has been attending this KinderCare for over 2 years now and there has been tremendous improvements made over those 2 years. The staff are very accommodating to my sons needs, the daycare is very clean and I know my child is safe in their care. We receive reports on a daily basis that detail his activities, the food he has eaten, whether he slept and any notable moments. As parents, we appreciate all the effort from the teachers and the staff but more importantly, our son is happy and looks forward to learning everyday!! read more
