I've had them to my place three times and each time, they've had to return to redo the work. The people they send are nice but the quality of the work is below average. Save yourself a lifetime of harassment and use a different company. I cannot get them to stop bothering me.

Jose arrived right on time--which, in my personal experience, is a rare treat with most contractors--and professionally explained the entire process and what he does to ensure the job is done properly. He provided a quote on the spot and even offered an incentive for having the work completed during the slower summer months. As luck would have it, I was going out of town the following week, and since we needed to keep our cars off the driveway for three days, the timing worked out perfectly. Jose was able to fit us in on short notice, which we really appreciated. Throughout the project, Jose kept us updated on the progress, and when we returned home, he met with us personally to go over everything. My wife and I were extremely pleased with the quality of the work. The driveway and lanai look fantastic, and the attention to detail was evident. I also had a small additional project--cleaning out my gutters--and Jose was able to take care of that as well for a very reasonable fee. Overall, I am extremely impressed with New Era Cleaning. Gigi was quick to respond via text to answer any questions before the job, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, we were surprised to find a couple of places still left dirty after the cleaning. These areas were listed on the invoice to be cleaned. For $250.oo, we expected better service and a little more attention to detail. If we are ever in need of a cleaning service, we will pass on Gigi Clean and find someone else. Our only advice for anyone choosing Gigi Clean is to make sure you inspect the job before paying them.
