They combined those two rejections into a "bill" and proceeded to "send me bills" for two years. I never received a bill, and haven't used that dentist in two years. They then proceeded to send my "bill" to collections. I have followed up with the office and they are attempting to fix this wrong, however I could never again trust an office with what can only be described as egregious record keeping and billing and I wouldn't recommend anyone else trust them either.

Recently, I lost an old metal filling that I originally had done as a child (I'm a military brat, so it's been around a long time). Their office worked quickly to get me scheduled, which I really appreciated given how uncomfortable that situation can be. What stood out most was their experience and confidence in dealing with older fillings. It immediately put me at ease. Dr. Sheppard also took the time to carefully discuss my medical situation--I have a heart condition and am on blood thinners--and made sure to take the appropriate precautions before moving forward. That level of attention and clinical judgment matters. The office staff was personable and helpful throughout the entire visit, which makes a big difference. And something you don't see often anymore--the doctor personally called me that evening to check in, make sure everything was okay, and ask if I needed anything.
