The two guys working were really friendly. They seem to do a thorough job with the sprayer on the front and the back of the car to get the bugs off. We have been traveling, driving, for about 8 hours so we had a lot of bugs on the front. It's a traditional drive-through car wash, where the machine hooks your car and pulls you through while you're in neutral. After the two days sprayed the front of the back, then the drive-through car wash, one of the guys came around the other side and wiped down the mirrors and the sides. We actually thought this was pretty good. And they do have a monthly unlimited car wash for $19.95.

The hours posted online, on their website,and on the reader boards say they open at 8. They are still closed. If this was a one time occurrence, I wouldn't dream of writing a review. However, it seems like they open when they want, close when they want, and don't give notice for when they are closed. This is incredibly frustrating when you pay for a monthly pass but can't use it because they are closed during "normal" posted operating hours.

It's extremely inconvenient to even get into the wash with a tight u-Turn. Sometimes they people do a good job spraying the prewash. Sometimes they seem to be half asleep or just don't care. The gate of entry is broken often, they program the wrong wash cycle, and sometimes I have to go through twice to get it half way clean. After this monthly subscription is over, I will not go back. Oh yeah, and the Mr Gas card... That system crashes 70% of the time, so I rarely get the discount fuel and points that they promise. This place is the worst car wash I've ever been through. Not reliable at all!!!

I discovered on 6/10 that my front license and frame was bent at 90 degree angle. No time to go back to PE as I was heading to Montana to bury my brother. While there a friend spent a couple of hours straightening the frame and plate. A tough job. Today I went to PE. 2nd time. Washed my car. Stopped in lot. Checked plate and frame. Bent at 90 degree angle. Since this happened before I really paid attention going through. Nothing felt weird. I have washed my car in other auto washes. Never had damage before. Could not find anyone except woman spraying at start of wash. Incredibly busy. Also would have walked thru busy line. At home called number I found online. Told by young lady that it had to be reported before leaving. She said that if this happens (has never happened at other washes) I could remove my frame and plate before washing. Did not offer to have anyone call back. I will make sure my bank stops these draws. I will warn people of your terrible service after damage. And eventually I will find someone who can straighten my plate and frame. I will be surprised if your company survives Ling term unless your clients are always first timers. We love Tommy's express car wash!…read more We had gone to Tommy's car wash and one of their washers bent are passenger rearview mirror back. Talk to a manager about it. Great guy! And showed him what happened and he said that he wouldn't get it fixed and then we went today and the car wash did not push our rearview mirror back. Yay. There were a lot of cars today and the workers make sure that there was enough space between cars and did not feel rushed which I appreciate it. Grateful for Tommy's express managers assistance when needed. We've had to have some assistance in the past. Thank you for your hard work and thank you for listening to us. We appreciate it. Grateful that they're willing to come and talk with us when needed. and explain some things. i'm grateful that they have cameras to make sure how things go through the car wash. That is a very comforting thing to know that they have cameras throughout the car wash. We are grateful that they keep the hours that they keep because of my husband's work we've had to have our car washed several times during one day.
