Walking in, John greeted us and was friendly right off the bat with a warm hospitality that lightened up the room and made our wait worth it. His shop, although small, had a lively feel with plenty to look at, even a small tv to watch. In the chair, John does an excellent job and keeps the same lighthearted conversation and sense of humor throughout your visit, making you feel at home. Both me and my brothers haircuts were done amazing -- we couldn't ask for better!! He used a lot of traditional technique that made for a quality trim that we were both extremely happy with. I randomly drove by this shop today and decided to give them a try. After my last few miserable cuts in Richmond, I did not have my hopes up. Walking into the shop, its was apparent that Webster's is popular. All the seats were full and it took about an hr of waiting before my turn came up. Worth the wait. For $12, I got an excellent cut that reminded of my days of getting line-ups in Toronto. In Richmond, this will be my go to spot no matter how long the wait is. In the shop, there are two chairs, but only one barber was working today. There is about 8 waiting seats and sports playing on the TV. Rates are fairly reasonable.

It's very clean inside, all the barbers are very friendly and skilled, and the prices are VERY nice. They only do walk-ins by a take-a-number system. When I went, there was only one person waiting in front of me, so it didn't take long at all. While I was waiting, I watched the barbers working, and was already impressed by their work. Clean lines, very even fading, and all of them paid loads of attention to detail. They know their stuff! When it was my turn, I told my barber (whose name I unfortunately forgot to ask) what I was wanting, and he asked a few questions about details before going right to work. He also cleaned up my facial hair super nicely. The end result? Even better than I'd expected! He did a fantastic job and even my lady was impressed. And all this for only $25! I think I've found my barber shop. So chances are high that I'll be stopping back by for my next cut. I got a great cut at an unbeatable price and had a great experience.
