I've been going to 360 for a year and a half and don't ever see myself quitting. When I first started I was scared and very worried about quitting and giving up as I have done with other things in the past. Brook was the first one I met and whom gave my tour and the run down....I still had time to back out as I had not signed anything yet. If I thought that was scary...I was even more terrified when I booked my actual assessment with Rich. Both Rich and Brook made me feel like I belonged there without even having taken 1 class. Getting over that initial fear was hard, facing a life change head on is never easy. It's still not easy, but at least it's fun and rewarding. I'm a person who hates change no matter what, but this change was for the better. I've been with caitlynn since I started and she's my rock...no pun intended. She encourages me, supports me, puts up with my complaining, if I'm negative she corrects me. Bottom line is....if you want a gym that supports you, trainers who are there for you, administrative staff that are there for you....look no further. I don't have experience with other gyms....but I looked once and found the best! Size 12 to a size 8 and 25 lbs lighter. I love looking in the mirror, I love not being tired, I can do more and so can you if you just take that first step!!! read more

360 fitness is not a business, its a community. Everyone involved cares, encourages and support you. Not only do they help you overcome your physical boundaries but your mental ones as well. My experience was at times painful but wonderful. I felt silly in the beginning because I could only lift 5 pounds when others around me were lifting 25 but thats the greatness of it, you get to see your achievable potential all around you! They helped me improve my cardio (I actually enjoy running now, oh no!), my posture, my sense of well-being and my confidence. I was able to do my job as a massage therapist with more ease, it wasn't so strenuous on my body anymore. I was extremely happy during my time in and out of the gym. Although I didn't reach my goal (due to lack of self-discipline), I learned a lot in order to do the work-outs like I'd been doing at 360, on my own either at home or other gyms. I always recommend that my clients and family members at least check it out and talk to someone about possibly joining because its the start of a great personal growth journey. I've been going to 360 Degree Fitness for almost 3 years now. I entered the door wondering why I was there but through determination to increase my strength and stamina, tone up and be accountable to maintain a healthy life style, I felt I had nothing to lose. On the contrary, at this point in my life I had everything to gain. I am stronger, healthier, more confident, and have found a great group of people who I consider friends. The trainers are incredible from knowing your name, even if they didn't train you, to supporting you to reach your goals with every aspect of your life, and not just within the gym. 360 is well managed and has excellent trainers and staff. Everyone is super friendly and are real people that are very good at what they do. I joined to get in shape for my wedding and they encompass all aspects in your life for healthy long term weight loss goals. I have now been there 2 years and in the best shape of my life. The gym is clean, lots of cardio equipment and a huge variety of weights, and equipment. With the appointments every thirty minutes with trainers, even when it is busy you always have space to warm up and do cardio. Everyone can benefit from 360, they will give you real results and attainable goals if you join for a few months or for a few years. read more

Having been with 360 Fitness since they opened, I could not imagine keeping as fit and healthy anywhere else. I am in better shape now than most guys half my age.
