He cut our outdoor lighting low voltage wire on the first try. When we called the office to ask them to repair, the girl that answered the phone was rude & dismissive from the start. She said she'd ask the owner & call back. I don't know if she even asked. But she called back & said no they're not going to do anything. She didn't care about us as customers at all.
