If booking online, be careful with the day and time. It was my fault that I booked the day before Easter. I changed my appointment time and they were accommodating. Thank you. They do accept walk ins. I learned when there. The shorter gentlemen handling everything is very nice and helpful. Thank you to that gentleman that was handling the front and printing. I may have given you an attitude because I was frustrated with the photographer. Sorry. The only thing I did not like is, it felt as if the photographer is like you only paid for this much so I don't have to try any harder. He took only a couple shots and moves quick on to the next. It doesn't seem like he cares to get a good photo, which can be hard when you're photographing KIDS!!!!! When I asked for another shot because I didn't like the children's faces, he made me feel as if it was a burden. He doesn't seem kid friendly. I actually ended up buying more sheets, not because I loved the photos, but because as any parent knows. It's extremely hard to get your children dressed neatly and even a semi-decent photo. The photographer could've given us a little more effort. He gives you less than 5 minutes of actually photographing your child. This place is ok, if you're looking to get in and out in less than 10 minutes. If you're looking for a photographer that wants to produce great photos, this isn't the place. My children were extremely polite and well behave. The little one was nervous so he couldn't get his smile right. The photographer just went click click click.. bye. Of course his smile is not going to come off right if he's a little nervous. After spending over $100 I wish the photographer would've put more effort. Overall, I think there are many other options to get your child photographed. I will not return, but they were extremely busy, so they must be doing something right. read more

BEST SANTA EVER! All I have to say is the quality of the pictures, the cost of them, the staff, the photographer Bruce, his wife, and of course SANTA himself! WoW! They really make you feel welcome and they're so patient with everyone and the families even fussy babies. They take their time. I've been coming to them for 4 years now for the Santa photos. And I've loved them since, Santa really makes my two children believe they're is a REAL Santa and I'm so happy to experience my kids joy when talking with Santa. It was "okay." Pictures which were unedited, which was fine, didn't bother me but thought it was important to add to this review in case anyone expects that. Printed pictures were "okay" quality. It was photo printer paper that was printed at the end of your session. Session didn't last very long, maybe 4 minutes because my daughter became upse, which was fine, I wasn't going to allow her to cry. Photographer didn't seem very personable, however others have seemed to have rave reviews. Perhaps he is better with older children than with babies. The digital image came on a CD. My computer doesn't even take CD (like many don't today) so that was a bit dated and was also not mentioned on the website. I wanted to upgrade to two poses, however they only took Venmo or Cash and I had neither. It was an okay experience. There was no wait, appointment setting was easy, studio was clean, photographer and assistant were wearing masks. Not sure if I would return. read more

Great with kids, good props and overall good man behind the camera. Been going to this place for a year and a half and had 4 different sessions. Including seasonal moments like: Valentine's Day, Easter, Halloween and last but not least... Christmas. Bruce is patient and handy with the Canon (Digital Camera). Good prices also and different packages to accommodate all who are in budgets or looking to get just something quick and simple. The props are great and ranges from different seatings to backgrounds depending on your likings. Even live animals come on Easter, live bunnies for your child to be happy and amazed. I will keep going and won't change Photographer unless he quits on me but chances are slim and see you on Valentine's day. I rate this place 4.5 read more

This is the second year I have used them for our Santa pictures and this place has the BEST SANTA I have ever seen. When I saw him again I legit felt that I was in the presence of greatness LOL! It brings me back to childhood and being excited to see Santa and even got goosebumps when I saw the jolly feller! My son had no clue who this guy was (he's still too young) and had a complete breakdown and no lie that Santa kept his smile and happy demeanor the whole time.... only a saint could do that....Saint Nich that is!!!! This is the best place to have your Santa picture taken. The staff are very professional and give your child alot of time to warm up to Santa if they are nervous. They have a very real looking Santa who is great with the kids. There can be some of a wait, so be prepared. They have a sitting area in the back for you to wait in. Great service I called the day I had available for my girls to be photographed with Santa Dec 21, I was cutting it close to Christmas so I wanted to make sure that I can make an appt later that day, they were really helpful and put me down for a time 4:45pm . I arrived check in and selected my photo package . The wait time wasn't very long .. we waited about 10-12 min . We get called back and they had a cute selfie area set up and my girls loved using the prompts and warmed up to the setting . The decor and set up was BEAUTIFUL ! We actually matched one side or the decor this year ! my girls loved it and came out soo cute . Santa and the photographer were really patient and friendly this year , granted it was so close the Christmas Eve! read more

We've come here every year and never had a problem. This year unfortunately, was different. We scheduled an appointment for 12:10pm, arrived at 12pm and checked in. She said it would be a 20 minute wait. We sat down and waited over 45 minutes to take pictures, when I asked when we're next she said we were in wrong "waiting area" and thought we had taken our pictures already. She said you're next. Took our pictures, then waited in "done area" for another 45 minutes. Finally picked our pictures, Santa was not even looking at camera but all the kids were so we still choose it. Ended up finally leaving around 1:45pm. They seemed to fix problem of people waiting in "wrong area" after what happened to us. Just be prepared to wait awhile if you choose to go here. read more

Had my 9 month old get Xmas pictures with Santa and they came out great. We paid $30 for a few prints and the digital copy. The set up was very nice and the photographer was very nice and friendly. We walked in and out in ten minutes with pictures and our CD in hand. Plan to return here for all our professional pictures!! read more

We went to this place for Easter pics. It was a cute backdrop, and the people were nice. However, here are my many issues with this service and experience: 1) they advertise "live bunnies" and I asked the woman at the front desk how many bunnies they had (3) and whether they'd all be in the pic, to which she said yes...not true, your kid takes a pic with 1 bunny that sits in a basket; 2) it is $70 for 6 unedited pics on a CD...so many computers don't even have a CD option anymore, not to mention the value for your money is complete crap, it's ridiculous; 3) they have the absolute worst setup to get people through the line quickly because you have to sit there and wait for folks to pick out their pics on a computer and get them burned to a CD, and that is after you've already waited in line to take the pics, so we were there for an hour and a half; and 4) they took 7 pics of my son, so I was supposed to pick 6 out of 7...they ended up giving me all 7, but I essentially had just a handful to even choose from. Those are just my top 4 since this review is getting long, but the list goes on. Never again...it's a hard pass. No, just no. read more
