I placed an order on their website and paid in full $604 for a water slide rental. Then they called me and said the website is wrong and it's actually almost $300 more because that's a busier day. Sadly, we had the worst experience from this company. The employee spent more time trying to tell us if a bounce house he never set up was going to fit or not then to just try and set it up! Before coming to the conclusion of trying it the rep says well I will charge you $40 to do it l, after agreeing he decided he will not set it up so I had them leave! I was fired up upset of course as it's my sons birthday and you're going to tell me an hour before guest start that you will cancel.
