Paid in full upfront after being promised the work would be completed in a timely manner. It's now…read morebeen 4 months since payment, and this is all that has been done. The contractor and crew have not been on-site for over a month. Communication is inconsistent--each time he promises to come "tomorrow" or "next week," but never shows and never follows up. It's unbelievable and unacceptable that someone would take full payment and not complete the job. Do not trust this business. I will be seeking legal action soon.
