I called, left a message, and Carlos called me back within a few hours. He came out to my house quickly and gave me a quote. I decided to hire his business on the spot, I didn't try to find another businesses. He scheduled the job for the following week. I appreciated that it all happened quickly. He sent an email with a description of the paint job to be done along with all his licenses and qualifications in multiple attachments. He was not the one who did the job though, one of his men did it. It took him two days, and Carlos did come out at the end of each day to check over his work. I am overall pleased with the job, the doors and porch look good, but as for the steps, I can see patches on the steps where the old paint had flaked off. I was hoping for a more even cover up. Was that an unreasonable expectation? That's why the 4 stars.

His crew did 3 vaulted ceilings and a full bedroom for my townhouse in one day (9am-3pm). The guys were clean and professional. They also did drywall patch-ups on any "uneven" surfaces, prior to painting. The pricing was reasonable and he even used premium quality paint. My only pet-peeve is that Carlos never picks up the phone when you call, unless he called you immediately beforehand; you have to leave a message. Also, he would tell me he schedules his guys to be there between 8:30-9am on x, but show up at 8am (this kind of matters when I'm meeting someone and not living there) or the second job I asked him to do, he said Thursday or Friday, but then called me on Wednesday and said his guy was waiting at the job. Other than that, would def recommend Carlos!

I was worried that we'd have to replace both but Nery assured us that with some repair and restoring work, they both look brand new and will last us for many more years, and he was right! I had scheduled to meet with multiple contractors, but Erazo's was the only one who showed up on time and ready to work. Jennifer, who handles all the admin work, was a dream to work with! She promptly responded to my inquiry and showed up to my place on time with measuring tools. Then, she had Fabrizio come in to answer and discuss questions about the paint job itself. I needed a quick turnaround, and they were able to schedule me for painting the next day. Fabrizio is a perfectionist and really cares about his craft. Instead of nickle and diming like many other contractors, he even brought his own white paint to touch up parts of the trim to ensure clean lines after painting the walls light grey. They painted my entire kitchen ceiling, even though they were only contracted to paint the trim and a small section. Once they realized the small patch would stick out, the whole ceiling was painted for a complete finished look. My front door was adjusted to open and close properly. Even though they were not able to fix the storm door completely, once they replaced the closing mechanism, it opens and closes better than it had before .. I loved all their work and will have them back in the future for other projects ..
